What this service is
TurnkeyVN is a matching service. We read project briefs from buyers and introduce them to manufacturers in Vietnam that appear able to carry the work. We are not a manufacturer, a trading company or an agent acting for either side in a transaction.
We are not a party to your order
Once we introduce you, everything that follows is between you and the manufacturer. That includes the quotation, the specification, tooling, prices, payment terms, delivery, quality and any dispute. We do not hold your money, we do not take title to goods and we do not sign your contract.
We take no commission on any order. Manufacturers pay us a fixed price for the briefs they choose to take. The full model is on how we work.
What we do not guarantee
We select manufacturers on the information available to us and on our own judgement. We do not guarantee that a manufacturer will quote, that a quotation will be accepted, that goods will meet your specification, or that a delivery date will be met. Those outcomes depend on the agreement you make with the manufacturer.
You remain responsible for your own due diligence. The guides on this site describe how to verify a supplier, audit a factory and inspect goods, and we recommend doing all three on a first order.
Information on this site
The guides are written to be accurate and general. They are not legal, tax, customs or engineering advice, and figures such as typical costs, quantities and lead times are ranges rather than quotations. Verify anything that affects a commercial decision with the manufacturer, a customs broker or a qualified adviser.
What you send us
By sending a brief you confirm that you have the right to share the files and information in it, and you agree that we may share an anonymous preview with manufacturers and, if a manufacturer takes the brief, your contact details and files with up to 3 of them. If you tick the NDA box, nothing beyond the preview is shared until an NDA is signed. Handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.
Do not send us anything you are not permitted to disclose, and do not send export controlled technical data.
For manufacturers
Registering costs nothing and creates no obligation. You pay only for the briefs you choose to take, at the price shown on the preview. Buyer contact details and files released to you are confidential and are to be used only to quote that project.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
